She is an absolute magician. I went in for second lobe piercings and I barely felt a thing. I literally told Jo right after that it was less painful than a wasp or a bee sting! It was over in a split second. She also has an incredible eye for symmetry and helped me map the new placements perfectly to match my specific jewelry and fix my old, uneven holes.
