staff were very kind and accommodating, i got a helix piercing and they made sure to fully explain everything about that kind of piercing, what sort of jewelry id be able to wear with it, the after care process, how i could contact them, when/if to come back. a very positive experience overall and though i dont currently know if i want anymore piercings, this is the first place ill go to if i do.
